Shipping & Returns
- We ship orders Monday - Friday, Except on Major US Holidays.
- Packages are Sent via: USPS First Class, USPS Priority, Fedex Smart Post, Fedex Ground, UPS Sure Post, & UPS Ground.
- If all items are in stock, we generally ship within 1-3 business days.
- Our cut-off time for Overnight orders is 2pm PST. (Not Available through our Website)
- Expedited Shipping is Not Available Online - Please Call or Email to Place an Expedited Shipment Order.

- We currently do not export our products. Please Contact one of our International Distributors for exporting.
- Select Local Pick-up at checkout if you are would like to pick up from our Torrance warehouse.
- Hours for Pick-Ups are Monday - Friday from 9am - 3pm
- We will notify you as soon as your order is ready via email.
- Generally orders are ready within 2 hours.
Returns are excepted within 30 days of purchase, and must be new and in unused condition. Due to Federal Health Laws, we are unable to return any used items. Exchanges are excepted within 30 days of purchase, and must be new and in unused condition. Please contact us via email if you wish to return or exchange an item: Lindsay@ShaverSpecialty.com - We will send you an RMA form to be completed & returned with your package to insure proper routing. Upon receiving back approved return, items will be refunded to your original form of payment. Only item costs & taxes will be refunding, not shipping charges will be refunded.
